How to Request a Monitor on Jobsite Dashboard with Video
After you log in to the Exposure Control Tool, click on the [Monitoring Devices] on the side menu.
Click on the [Request a Monitoring Device]
On the next screen you will be required to enter in information:
- Contact Name
- Contact Email
- Contact Phone
- Delivery Address
- Select a Jobsite from the drop down list
- Select whether you wish to hire or purchase the Multi Hazard monitor and Gateway
- Check if you wish to purchase a tripod stand or mobile stand & battery.

Once the information has been input, click on the [Submit Hardware Request]
Your hardware request has been submitted.
A Healthy Site Alliance team member will reach out to you to confirm the order and delivery details.
