How Do I Change My Password?

Go to the LOGIN page of the Exposure Control Tool

Under the [Login] button click on the link saying ‘Forgotten Password?’

Under the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link, a field will appear to enter your email address.

Once this is done you will be able to press the [Reset Password] button.

You will then be sent an email to reset your password.

Click on the link in the email.

Enter the new password and confirm it.

Click on the [Set New Password] button.

If a Builder invites a Contractor to join the Exposure Control Tool, will the Builder see the Contractors company information?

No, a Builder will not be able to see any of the Contractors company information. Inviting the Contractor to join the jobsite only prefills the jobsite information if the Contractor chooses to create an Exposure Control Plan for the same jobsite. However, the Contractor can still create their own Exposure Control Plan with out using that information.

If a Builder invites a Contractor to a jobsite, can the Contractor see the Builders company information?

No, the contractor will only have the option to use the pre-filled jobsite information for the site the Builder created and connected the Contractor to if the Contractor chooses to do an Exposure Control Plan for that same site.

Troubleshooting

I can’t register using the Enterprise Trial Code

Open your browser settings and clear your cache and re-open the browser and try to register again.

If the issue persists, contact support@healthysitealliance.com and let them know the error message you are receiving.

It could be that Someone from your company may of already signed up using the ABN.

If this has happened you will need an invite from that person.

HSA Support will be able to advise you if someone from the same ABN has registered on the Enterprise Trial before you and advise them on how to send an invite to you.

I can’t Sign in to the Exposure Control Tool.

Go into the Browser settings and clear the Cache.

Close and re-open the browser and try to log in again.

If the problem persists, change your password and try again.
