How to Add a Contactor to your Jobsite
When you log into the Exposure Control Tool you will be taken to your main dashboard.
Click on the [Contractor Management] button on the left side menu under ‘Manager Tools’.
Click on the [Add Contractor] button
On the next screen you will have the options to search by Company Name or ABN.
Enter the Contractors Name or ABN and Click on the [Search] button under the field.
If the Contractor has signed up to the Exposure Control Tool, they will appear.
Click on the [Invite Contractor] button.
The Contractor will then receive a notification noting they have been added to the jobsite.
If the Contractor has not yet signed up to the Exposure Control Tool, an [Invite Contractor] button will appear to invite them via email.
Click on the [Invite Contractor] button.
Enter the Contractors Name, the Company Name, and Company Email.
Click on the [Send Invite] button.
The Contractor will be sent an email to accept their addition to your jobsite.
The Contractor will appear as ‘Pending’ on the jobsite.
