How to Order Jobsite Support (Builder) with Video

First off, what is Jobsite Support?
This is Annual support which includes review of builder ECPs, contractor high-risk plans, and responses to site team queries via platform messaging.

Once you have logged into the Exposure Control Tool
Click on the ‘Jobsites’ button on the Side menu under Manager Tools

Locate the jobsite you are requiring jobsite support for.
If you have several jobsites, you can use the search bar to find the jobsite.
On the Right side of the Jobsite Details you can see an ‘Order Jobsite Support’ button.
Click on the ‘Order Jobsite Support’ button.

You will be redirected to a Stripe Payment gateway.
Enter all the required details and promotion code if available.
Enter the ‘Pay’ button.
You will be emailed the invoice and receipt via Stripe.
Your jobsite can message any jobsite issues directly through the ECT messaging system and you will have access to site support.

Now on your jobsite, instead of seeing an ‘Order Jobsite Support’ button you will see that the jobsite support is Active and there is a ‘New Support Conversation’ button.
